Who we are

We pride ourselves in having home-raised Havanese puppies with champion lines.  Our puppies are part of our family and they receive lots of interaction not only with us but our other dogs.

We only have a few litters per year and are not in the "business" of breeding, but rather do it because we have enjoyed our own dogs so much that we love sharing this breed with others.

The best thing about the Havanese is their little personalities, or should I say BIG personalities!  Each one is different, but each one will become your best buddy for life!

We carefully choose good homes for our puppies and make sure they are a good fit as well.  We encourage our families to stay in touch as we love seeing and getting 'pup'dates!

The nickname "Havana Silk Dog" perfectly fits the Havanese, with his gorgeous long and silky coat. This small breed, the National Dog of Cuba, is not only friendly and outgoing, but he's a loyal watchdog for his family. Your Havanese puppy is smart and easily trained. He'll enjoy a romp with the kids and lots of human attention. That cute bundle of fluff will grow up to be an adorable and affectionate companion. As an added plus, Havanese are non-shedding, which makes them a good choice for allergy sufferers.

Health

Havanese are generally a healthy breed. Like all breeds there may be some health issues, like hip dysplasia, eye disease, patellar luxation and congenital deafness. Some dogs may be faced with these health challenges in their lives, but the majority of Havanese are healthy dogs.

Health tests that we do and also recommended by the National Breed Club:

  • Hip Evaluation

  • Ophthalmologist Evaluation

  • Patella Evaluation
